PMG support includes full access to the PMG support site on the internet, the PMG online community, telephone, and email-based support.


PMG’s support model is deliberately structured differently than most software companies. It is a flat, two-tier model in which your first point of contact and support are consultants, trainers, and your assigned SDM. The second tier is our development team. There is no traditional “Tier 1″ help desk. This model ensures far faster resolution times, most often within hours or the same business day.

PMG provides 100% of its support with PMG-certified staff and does not outsource support to outside parties.
