PMG Workflow Dependencies
Count on PMG to refresh your memory

Dependency. It’s a loaded word that can give off a negative vibe. But in the world of PMG, dependencies open up the benefits of modular solution design. And that’s a good thing! Now (as of version 20.4), Workflow Designer has a feature to help quickly identify dependencies for a given workflow.

Workflow Dependencies is another one for your PMG toolbox to help you remember all the things your workflow needs in order to run. These may include other workflows, data sources, email templates, queues, environment values, etc. This can be a huge help, whether you’re prepping for a migration or debugging a pesky workflow issue.

Workflow Dependencies works similarly to Related Items in Package Manager. To see a list of all dependencies in your latest deployed workflow, navigate to WF Designer > File > Workflows > Dependencies.

Et voila!
