Train the Trainer
While end user training isn’t generally needed for solutions built on PMG’s Digital Business Platform, configuration and administration training is the best way for those building in the platform to take advantage of its full capabilities. We employ a knowledge transfer and “train the trainer” approach to foster client expertise and ownership.
Product training is typically provided as part of new PMG implementation projects. Training sessions can vary in scope as needed, from 2-day basic product introduction training to 2-week advanced training. Group classes on-site at PMG are also available upon request, or private training classes may be arranged with individual clients.
